Shipping Costs

- If you are exchanging a product, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item being sent to you.
- Aiyifen.com does not provide prepaid shipping labels or reimburse return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order details, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the return address.
Refund and Exchange Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If approved, we will process:

Important Notes
- Aiyifen.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
